Warranty
The Warranty of Moving Moments Book covers you up to 6 months from the Sent out date. Please do note that we only cover for the internal damage of the screen. We will not be covering for any accidental dent, battery deterioration or any accidental damage of screen. Warranty will be base on case by case basis. Please kindly refer to our guidelines given to you during delivery on how you can care for your Moving Moments Book.

** Please take note: For safety reasons and to enhance the longevity of the product, please kindly auto cut off yourself after its fully charged. Please kindly charge it with supervision. We will not be responsible for any misused or damage of item. Customers are encouraged to backup their video montage in case of any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. **
A complementary USB cable will be given to you together with your Moving Moments book. We recommend charging using the USB Wall Adapt. Connecting to your PC or MAC is only recommended for uploading of content. We also recommend you to have a full charge every time you charge, so as to preserve the battery condition of the video book.
